To Qualify for A Contractors License, You must:

Acceptable Work Experience Includes:
Applicants must have a total of four years of full-time, journey-level experience within the past ten years.
Journey-level experience refers to work performed by individuals who have completed an apprenticeship program or have gained equivalent hands-on experience in their trade. This level of experience indicates the applicant is not a trainee and is fully qualified to perform the trade independently, without supervision.
